Thompson moves to the Cobbydale Construction Stadium having been with Liversedge since the summer of 2019.

He was previously with Eccleshill.

Striker Brown moves from Eccleshill, where he scored 8 goals in 16 games before lockdown in 2019/20.

He numbers Brighouse Town, Halifax Irish, Nostell Miners Welfare and Campion AFC amongst his former clubs.

Manager Danny Forrest told https://www.silsdenafc.club: “I’m delighted to get both lads on board, they’ve been on our radar for some time. Jake is an exciting winger and Ant is a striker with bags of quality. Both have done well at this level and I’m sure our supporters will enjoy watching them play. Even during our initial conversations, both players showed a real desire to be with us and I’m really pleased we’ve been able to attract players of this calibre”.
