The
33-year-old Dundee-born full-back or centre-back boasts over 150 Football
League appearances and over 100 appearances in the National League.
He
turned professional at Sheffield United but was released having had loan spells
with Leigh RMI and Chester City.
He
joined Torquay United in March 2007 and went on to spend five years with the Gulls,
helping them to win the 2009 Conference Promotion Final.
He
was sold to Preston North End in January 2012 for a fee of around £60,000 but
left the club at the end of the 2012/13 season and signed for Port Vale.
He
returned to his native Scotland with Ross County two seasons later, before
returning to England a year later with AFC Wimbledon in September 2016.
Two
years at Swindon Town followed before he was released in May 2019 after being
loaned out to Havant & Waterlooville earlier in the year.
He
joined Northern Premier League Division One South East side Ilkeston Town in
September 2019 and signed for NPL Premier Division outfit Grantham Town in
January 2020.
