Dominant
centre-half Josh Spinks joins from league rivals Haywards Heath Town and was a
top target for Hillians` boss Jay Lovett.
Spinks
made 34 appearances for Heath in 2019/20 before lockdown.
Also
signing for the Hillians is full-back Harry Reed.
Another
player that Jay Lovett knows well, Reed is a young right-back who broke into
Lewes` first-team squad aged just 16, during the 2016/17 season.
A
graduate of the Isthmian Premier club`s own academy, he racked up more than 70
appearances for the Rooks.
Lovett (pictured) has also signed forward Alex Laing.
The
24-year-old re-joined league rivals Three Bridges in October 2019.
Originally
with Crawley Town, he joined Lewes in July 2013 and then had spells with
Haywards Heath Town, Shoreham, Littlehampton Town, Horsham, Eastbourne United
and Saltdean United.
He
