Maxwell, who turned 23 last Monday, made a permanent move to National League side Solihull Moors in January 2019 following a six-month loan spell from SkyBet Championship neighbours Birmingham City.

He spent part of the 2019/20 season on loan with Harriers` league rivals Gloucester City.

The midfielder started in the academy system at Kidderminster and made his first-team debut aged just 17.

He signed a three-and-a-half-year contract with Birmingham in January 2016 and as part of the deal was loaned back to Kiddy.

He appeared for Birmingham's first team in 2016 pre-season and was the under-23 team's joint-highest appearance maker.

In January 2017, he joined Grimsby Town on loan and in September of that year had a successful three-month loan at Gateshead.
