Wright
had only agreed to return to manage the Steelmen in May.
The
former Brentford, Blackpool, Barnsley, Walsall and Aberdeen striker
helped
Darlington lift the FA Trophy in 2011 and moved into management at Corby as
joint manager alongside Andrew Wilson in September 2013.
He
took sole charge for at the back end of the 2013/14 season before leading Corby
to a memorable Southern Premier Division title success in his first full
campaign at the helm.
However,
their stay in the Vanarama National League North lasted just one season as
Corby were relegated and Wright left the club 12 games into the following
campaign.
Since
then, he has had spells at the likes of Nuneaton Borough, Darlington and
Stratford Town, who he joined in June 2019 and left the following October.
Corby

The
successful applicant will be available to take up the position quickly and have
the ability to lead, motivate and develop players.

club chairman Stevie Noble, steven.noble01@btinternet.com.
The
