Second New Arrival at Rovers
Following the signing of Kyle Box, Toolstation Western League Division One club Welton Rovers have further bolstered their forward line options with the capture of powerful striker Dawid Regula.

At 22, Regula is at the beginning of his Western League career but has made a strong start, netting 17 times in 23 appearances last season while playing for Henbury in the Gloucestershire County League and Bristol Telephones in the Western League.

Regula had offers to sign for Western League Premier Division sides, but it’s testament to the quality of Welton’s pre-season and the efforts of new Rovers manager Tom Smith, and his assistant Will Justin, that Regula will be playing in Green next campaign.

Manager Tom Smith told https://www.weltonroversfc.com:  “Of course it’s early days, but from what we've seen so far, Dawid has all the attributes required to become one of the best strikers in the Western League. His physical strength and blistering pace are rarely seen in the same player, and that’s a recipe to upset a lot of defences this season”.
