Hallett,
who turns 34 on August 1st, is a prolific non-League marksman who
re-joined Isthmian North side Canvey Island for the fourth time in August
2019 and scored 21 goals in 2019/20 before lockdown.
He
returned this time from Isthmian Premier side Cheshunt where he had been in
free-scoring form since joining in 2015, helping the club to promotion via the
play-offs in 2018/19.
He
first joined Canvey via the youth and reserve sides after joining from Waltham
Abbey.
He
made his senior debut for the club in the Conference before leaving to have a
three-year spell with Chelmsford City upon the Gulls resignation from the
league.
He
went on to sign twice more, first in September 2009 from Chelmsford and then
again in December 2013 from island neighbours Concord Rangers.
He
has also played for East Thurrock United. |
