Midfielder
Sean Stewart joins from Sydenhams Football League (Wessex) Premier side
Portland United.
Stewart
is a whole-hearted player who will bring added strength and aggression to the
Stags engine room.
He
joined then-Southern Premier side Weymouth during the 2016/17 season from
Toolstation Western League Premier Division neighbours Bridport.
He
moved onto Blackfield & Langley in 2018 and helped them to win the Wessex
Premier title and then signed for Dorchester Town in June 2018.
He
played on dual-registration with Dorset Premier League outfit Balti Sports
during his brief time with Dorchester and then joined Portland in late
September 2018.
Howes
has also signed forward Liam Robinson (pictured) from Southern Premier Division South
neighbours Gosport Borough.
The
29-year-old joined Gosport from then-league rivals Blackfield & Langley in
the summer of 2019.
He
enjoyed a fantastic 2018/19 campaign with the Watersiders, who were promoted as
champions of Southern Division One South, having won the league by a convincing
seven-point advantage.
He
was previously with Eastleigh, Sholing and Winchester City.
The
Stags have also re-signed promising young midfielder James Matthews.
