Twenty-five-year-old Clappison (pictured) joins the Pikes from NPL Division One South East side Cleethorpes Town, where he had been since June 2019.

He signed for North Ferriby United in December 2017 from then-Vanarama National League North rivals Alfreton Town after a short spell at the Impact Arena.

The centre-back was released by York City in November 2017 having managed only 9 starts following his arrival from Hull City in May 2016.

He went on to agree a deal with Alfreton but his stay as a Red was a brief one. He moved to Toolstation Northern Counties East League Premier Division neighbours Bridlington Town in October 2018.

Watson joins the Pikes having just left National League North outfit York City.

The Scarborough-born centre-back had been with York since starting out with the under-16s.

He came through Middlesbrough and Hull City`s academy ranks before arriving at Bootham Crescent.
