Kennedy joins from league rivals Billericay Town.

The experienced 30-year-old signed for the Essex side in June 2018 from SkyBet League Two outfit AFC Wimbledon.

He started his career with Swindon Town and went on to make around 50 appearances as well as loan spells with Gillingham and Rotherham United before being released in 2012.

He signed for Scunthorpe United and then switched to the Dons in 2014 and made 120-plus appearances and 37 on a season`s loan to Leyton Orient, before joining `Ricay.

Howes (pictured) joins Dorking on a more permanent basis having been on loan from National League Woking towards the end of the 2019/20 season.

The 22-year-old signed for the Cards in July 2019 from Premier League Watford.

A highly rated product of the West Ham United academy, he signed his first professional contract for the Hammers in 2015.

Later that year, he made 5 appearances on loan at Wealdstone before returning to East London.

As he moved through the age groups with the Hammers, he was capped by England in every age range from under-16’s to under-19’s.

He spent from January to May 2017 on loan to Hampton & Richmond Borough and then left West Ham for Watford in the summer of 2017.

In 2018/19 he was on loan at another National League South outfit, Eastbourne Borough.
