Former Forest Green Youngster Becomes a Forester
Southern League Division One South club Cinderford Town have announced the signing of youngster Lewis Spurrier.

The 20-year-old was recently released by SkyBet League Two neighbours Forest Green Rovers.

 

The talented youngster, who spent time on loan with Uhlsport Hellenic League Premier Division side Longlevens, is the latest to join Steve Cleal`s new-look Cinderford side.

 

Cleal told https://www.cinderfordtown.co.uk: “Lewis is a young lad with a bright future in the game and we’re delighted to get him signed and looking forward to seeing him play this season”

 

Spurrier joins Ashley Davies, Tristan Haswell, Luke Payne, Blaine Waugh, Sammie Hicks and Kieran Alder in a new-look Foresters squad to date.
