Paul
Shone stepped down earlier this summer due to a change in his work commitments
which meant he no longer had the time to give the role the time it required.
Shone
stepped into the Blues hot-seat just over two seasons ago, and in that time
he’s guided the club to promotion from the Hellenic League Division One East
and established it as a force to be reckoned with in the Premier Division.
James
was skipper under Shone`s managership and is a vastly experienced midfielder.
Apart
from Burnham, where he has been for the past two seasons, James represented Beaconsfield
SYCOB, Marlow, Windsor & Eton, Aylesbury United, Thatcham Town and Flackwell
Heath as a player.
Burnham
chairman Glenn Skivington and director of football Nas Bashir were very pleased
that James accepted the position to ensure continuity. |
