Club `legend` Scott Murfin has re-joined Pagham from league rivals Chichester City, having left to join City in December 2017.
As well as Chichester and Pagham, Murfin has also worn the colours of Wick, Worthing, Gosport Borough and Horsham.
Striker George Gaskin will be at Nyetimber Lane next season after agreeing to re-join the Lions from relegated Littlehampton Town.
He also had two spells with Littlehampton as well as playing for Shoreham and Three Bridges.
Adding to the list of newcomers are Mitchell Hand, who, like Gaskin, has come in from Littlehampton where he was the interim manager for a time last season and East Preston winger Hayden Hunter.
And two other returnees, Liam Humphreys and defender Harry Williams, will be back once again at Nyetimber Lane.
Humphreys numbers Littlehampton and Lancing United amongst his previous clubs, while Williams has been at Chichester, Worthing Town and Woking.
Several players have also left the club for various reasons, including supporters favourite Callum Overton, but the biggest loss will be Ryan Davidson and Lloyd Rowlatt, who have both signed for Evo-Stik Southern League West side Moneyfields.
