Cotton is a 23-year-old central midfielder who was previously with Isthmian Premier Division side Corinthian-Casuals.

He came highly recommended from James Bracken at Casuals and is a reliable midfielder who uses the ball well and can build, develop and control possession.

Adom is an 18-year-old right-back or wing-back who had been on Crystal Palace`s books through from 7 to 16 years of age.

Staines manager Paul Barnes (pictured) told http://stainestownfootballclub.co.uk: “Kain is a player I have known since he was a kid. He comes from a great family and people, someone I am confident that given the opportunity, will go on and have a good career in the game. His pace is frightening, and he is a player that doesn’t actually realise how good he can be, a modest and humble young man. Like a lot of young players, he has been looking for the right environment to establish himself in senior football, I am delighted to provide that for him.”

Bizima is a 19-year-old central midfielder and another who was with Palace`s academy.

He later had a spell with Barnet.

Barnes added: “Ex is another example of players with great potential who hasn`t had that little bit of luck you need to go to that next level. He was one of the brightest youth products in the country and after some bad luck has found it tough to get the opportunity in senior football. As we know, not many managers or clubs will give young players the chance to establish themselves, it’s often like those scenarios when an employer tells a graduate that they are looking for someone with experience, but how is the person meant to get that experience without opportunity!

“I am very happy give Ex his opportunity. His energy and work ethic is second to none, a perfect fit for our high-energy style. I am looking forward to seeing him grow and develop this season with us”.
