Experienced Worsnop Returns To Lions

Vanarama National League North club Guiseley AFC have re-signed experienced goalkeeper Jon Worsnop.

Worsnop has returned to Nethermoor Park to provide keeper cover as well as so some goalkeeper coaching at the club.

The 35-year-old Bradford-born Worksnop finished last season with Southport, having joined from York City in November 2017.

Before joining the Minstermen, he was at Chester FC where he made 83 appearances.

Starting his career at Bradford City, Worsnop has also played for Aberystwyth Town, FC United of Manchester, Bradford Park Avenue and Alfreton Town as well as with the Lions.
