Hearn,
who turns 35 later this month, finished the 2018/19 season as joint
caretaker-manager of Northern Premier League Premier Division side Basford
United before being appointed as player/assistant-manager to new manager Steve
Chettle in May 2019.
He
started out with the likes of Hucknall Town, Eastwood Town, Quorn and Chasetown

Town in June 2011.
He
scored 33 goals in 61 matches for the Mariners and then had spells with
Mansfield Town and Lincoln City before returning to non-League football with
Ilkeston in March 2016.
He
had a second stint at Alfreton in 2016/17 and then joined Basford in May 2017.
Sherwood
Colliery have also signed another vastly experienced campaigner in defender
Ashley Kitchen.
The
31-year-old, who started his career with Mansfield Town, for whom he made 4
first team appearances, has more recently had spells with Gainsborough Trinity,
Glapwell, Rainworth Miners Welfare, Carlton Town and Belper Town amongst others. |
