Experienced striker Mitch Bryant and centre-back Tony Whitehead are the latest to join Andy Welsh`s squad.

Twenty-nine-year-old Bryant joins from Cymru North side Colwyn Bay where he was their top scorer with 14 goals in 2019/20, also making 12 assists.

A product of the Manchester United academy, he signed his first professional contract with Reading in 2008, where he was loaned out to Basingstoke Town, then in the Conference South, and achieved the rare feat of scoring a double hat-trick against Weymouth.

He also had spells at Gloucester City, Hungerford Town, Swindon Supermarine, Cirencester Town, Cambridge City, Frome Town, Royston Town, and Hitchin Town, before moving back to Manchester in 2014.

There he had two spells with Mossley AFC and also spent time at Trafford and Clitheroe before joining Runcorn Linnets in 2017 and then signing for Colwyn Bay last summer.

Whitehead is a 24-year-old center-back or midfielder who signed for Northern Premier League Premier Division outfit Stalybridge Celtic in August 2019.

He was plying his trade with Southern United in the Premiership in New Zealand before returning to England and moving to Bower Fold.

Before his spell in New Zealand, he started his career with Limerick, Ireland, side Charlesville AFC and then Limerick where he played for 6 years, making almost 200 appearances.
