Greenbacks Make Defensive Signing
Bedworth United have announced the signing of Kyle Barnett from Southern League Division One Central rivals Daventry Town.

The 23-year-old is a commanding centre-half who has previously played at Midland League Premier Division outfit Coventry United, where he made 40 appearances in 2018/19, before playing for Daventry last season.

 

Prior to joining Coventry United, he was with neighbours Coventry Sphinx and had come through the ranks at SkyBet Championship side Coventry City before being released at the end of the 2014/15 season after being a regular for the Sky Blues` under-18 side which also included England and Leicester City star James Maddison at the time.
