Shariff is a striker who is full of goals and great link-up play.
Shariff started out in the now sadly defunct Rushden & Diamonds.
Shariff made an excellent impression with his appearances for Diamonds in the 2010/11 season, when he made his Football League debut, initially with a number of substitute appearances, and after he had opened his goalscoring account he was given a first start in April 2011, scoring 3 goals in his first two full games.
He also started the final game played by Rushden & Diamonds.
After leaving Nene Park, he played for a number of clubs, including Tamworth, Banbury United, Corby Town and Stamford AFC, before signing for Daventry Town.
He then joined the new AFC Rushden & Diamonds in April 2016 and played 73 games for the club, scoring 40 goals.
After scoring 14 goals in 18 appearances last season, he moved up to the Vanarama National League North with Alfreton Town in early November 2017.
However, just a couple of months later he signed for Stratford`s league rivals St Neots Town.
Frenchman Monteiro is an energetic midfielder who joins from Halesowen Town.
He had moved to the Yeltz from Stratford`s league rivals Redditch United in January 2018.
The 24-year-old was on the books of FC United of Manchester before joining Welsh side Airbus UK Broughton in January 2016. |
