The 24-year-old, who stands 6`5”, has signed a one-year deal with the Stones.
Mullings is an athletic forward who was highly-coveted before joining Forest Green in November 2016 from National League South side Chelmsford City.
He began his career as a 16-year-old with Southend United, signing his first professional contract with the club in 2012/13 season, during which time he also spent time on loan at Thurrock, Tilbury and Harlow Town.
He moved permanently to Bromley, then in the Conference (National League) South, for the 2013/14 season but he struggled to nail down a starting berth and went on loan to Thamesmead Town during the second half of the season, before signing for Havant & Waterlooville in August 2014.
Mullings signed for Chelmsford in the summer of 2016 after leaving Havant where he had contributed 15 goals over two campaigns before they were relegated from the National League South.
In his brief spell with Chelmsford, Mullings scored 14 times and provided five assists in 22 appearances to quickly attract interest before signing for Forest Green.
But he found his chances in the Forest Green first-team limited and linked-up with Macclesfield Town on loan in November 2017 in a bid for more regular football.
However, an injury was discovered shortly after his move to the Moss Rose and the deal was cancelled. |
