Experienced
duo Luke Hinsley and Scott Brown have checked into Sandy Lane.
Hinsley (pictured) is a forward who had signed for NPL Premier Division side Grantham Town in July,
having re-joined league rivals Matlock Town from Frickley Athletic in May 2019,
having been with the Gladiators for a 5-month period in 2018/19.
The
30-year-old first signed for Frickley in the summer of 2012 from Harrogate
Railway.
He
has also played for Goole AFC and Yorkshire Main.
He
played more than 200 games for Frickley and then moved on to North Ferriby
United, Buxton and Matlock before re-joining the Blues in March 2019.
Boss
Craig Parry has also moved to add central-midfielder Scott Brown to his squad.
Brown,
who previously played under Parry at Pontefract Collieries for three seasons,
joins the Tigers after a short break away from football.
His
other former clubs include Scarborough Athletic, Doncaster Rovers and he also
spent time in Norwegian football. |
