Pitching In Northern Premier League Division One North West club Workington AFC have announced the signing of Brandon Robertson on dual-registration with Westmoreland Leaguers Wetheriggs United.

Robertson, 22, was with Workington's reserves in his younger years but is now back amongst the senior set-up at Borough Park.

 

He told www.workingtonfc.com: “It’s really good, I haven’t really played for a while so I’m just trying to get back into it.

 

“I’ll just be trying to get better and better to, hopefully get into the starting line-up.

 

“Basically, I’ll be trying to work my way into the squad, one training session at a time.

 

“When I’m not getting minutes here, I can get minutes at Wetheriggs”.
