Young
defender Procter (pictured) and Fisher both featured for the first-team in pre-season and
they will increase their football education at Carshalton. Mark
Robinson, the Dons` Lead Professional Phase Coach and Loans Manager, believes
it is exactly what they need at this stage of their careers. He
told the club`s website: "This will be an excellent loan for the two lads. "David
has already played in a few pre-season games for Carshalton and impressed.
Peter Adeniyi, the Carshalton manager, also came down to watch Archie play an
in-house game and really liked what he saw. I have had lots of conversations
with Peter in terms of the future development of Archie and David, and I am
confident the lads will flourish there.
"I
watched Carshalton play against higher league opposition, and they play
excellent and exciting football. The two lads will have loads of decisions to
make on the ball as Carshalton love to try and dominate. Off the ball, the
varying styles of men's football will give them the physical and psychological
challenges they need. I would like to thank Peter and Carshalton Football Club
for their professionalism in making this happen for two of our excellent young
players". |
