Dan Lavercombe (pictured) joins FC United from Vanarama National League side AFC Fylde.

The 24-year-old custodian joined the Coasters in late July 2019 following a successful trial at Mill Farm.

He signed following the expiration of his contract with then-Championship side Wigan Athletic, who he joined back in January of 2016.

His journey started back in his home city of Torquay United, where he broke into the first team at just 18 following the completion of his scholarship.

After this, he joined Wigan before re-joining Torquay on loan, where he made 25 appearances in total in the National League.

Left-back Kain Dean joins after being released by SkyBet League Two side Mansfield Town.

A regular for the Stags under-18s, he moved to Field Mill from grassroots football and has plenty of power behind his left foot.

He spent time on loan with Uhlsport United Counties League Premier Division outfit Anstey Nomads in 2019/20.
