Renell
McKenzie-Lyle is a 20-year-old goalkeeper who returns to Hayes & Yeading
having initially joined on `work experience` from Vanarama National League side
Barnet in January 2018 to cover for injuries.
He
is a product of the Barnet youth academy and served time on the first team
bench for the Bees without making his debut.
He
made his Hayes & Yeading debut in a club-record 9-1 demolition away at
Arlesey Town and now returns to compete with Jack Smith for the number one
jersey at the SKYex.
Rico
Greco is an 18-year-old left-sided player who joins Hayes & Yeading in
having been in the academy at Barnet.
He
started out in the youth system at Luton Town from age 13 before switching to
Barnet in 2019.
The
most experienced of the new arrivals is 30-year-old Scott Shulton (pictured) .
The
attacking midfielder started his career with Wycombe Wanderers before going on
to play in the National League for Ebbsfleet United and Bishop`s Stortford.
Spells
with Braintree Town, Hendon, Beaconsfield SYCOB, Enfield Town and Hemel
Hempstead Town followed before he signed for the St Albans City towards the end
of the 2018/19 campaign.
He
picked up an injury after impressing in a 3-0 victory at Bath City but managed
to return for the final game of the season when the Saints entertained league
champions, Torquay United, at Clarence Park.
He
departed St Albans towards the end of February 2020 and signed for Southern
Premier Division South outfit Chesham United. |
