Austin has signed striker Adam Hampson from league rivals Halstead Town and he penned a deal with the Seasiders following Tuesday`s pre-season friendly victory against Colne Athletic.
Hampton previously had two spells with Wivenhoe Town as well as being with the likes of Braintree Town, Felixstowe & Walton United and Stanway Rovers.
He helped Wivenhoe to win the Thurlow Nunn First Division title in 2015/16 and was that division`s top scorer in 2012/13 with 27 goals.
Hampton joins midfielder Jack Clampin and utility man Kyelan Marvell as new signings at the Rush Green Bowl.
Clampin returns for his third spell with the Seasiders, having previously helped the club achieve their highest-ever Step 5 finish in the 2015/16 campaign.
Since then the 23-year-old has played for both Stanway Rovers and Brantham Athletic.
Marvell returns for a third spell with the club, having originally joined from Colchester United just after Christmas 2008.
He then joined Border League side Foxash Social for the 2009/10 season before returning to the Rush Green Bowl at the beginning of 2010/11.
Equally comfortable playing either at full-back or in the centre of midfield, Marvell has made over 250 games for the club and returns from league rivals Stanway Rovers.
Austin has also re-signed Jordan Brazitis, Joe Fowler, Adam Daniels. Harvey Cowler, skipper Wayne Chapman, Matt Eve, Charlie Thompson, Lee Clowsley and Jake Plane from last season`s squad.
