Cottle leaves the club in a health position going forward, and chairman Eddie Slinn made a quick decision to replace the outgoing manager with last season`s reserve team manager Ben Foster stepping into the role.

Supporting Foster as assistant-managers will be Leigh Burdett and Wayne Richardson, who continue from the previous campaign.

The vacancy left in the reserves has been filled by ex-UCL player Ian Giles, who brings with him a wealth of experience from his time playing at Cogenhoe United, Northampton Spencer and Sileby Rangers.
