The
forward is Kyle Hawley (pictured), who joins after a brief spell NPL Premier Division side
Stalybridge Celtic, who he had joined in June 2020 following his departure from
SkyBet League Two side Morecambe.
Originally
from Oldham, the 20-year-old started his career at Morecambe and was awarded a
professional contract in May 2018 after picking up the academy second year
player of the year award during the previous season.
He
made his first-team debut coming off the bench in a 3-1 defeat away at
Cheltenham Town in April 2019.
He
is no stranger to non-League football having spent time on loan with
Skelmersdale United, Witton Albion, Lancaster City and FC United of Manchester.
He
made 4 appearances for FC United in 2019/20, scoring the winner in a 2-1 win at
Whitby Town.
The
Hillmen also signed young left-back Arash Ahmadi after his release from Championship
side Norwich City.
Ahmadi
played in the English Under-18 Premier League for the last two years and is the
brother of Glossop`s top goalscorer last season, Porya Ahmadi.
