The club have thanked Barry Rake for his service and commitment during the last six seasons, including three as reserve team manager and three as first team-manager, taking charge of a combined total of 180 games over his six seasons.
Former Maidenhead United and Slough Town favourite Rake made the transition from boys football with Maidenhead Boys and brought though a host of young local players which would go on to play first-team football for the club.
After a difficult season in 2016/17 the club bounced back last season with a top five finish and entrance back into the Emirates FA Cup.
Matt Rolfe will take temporary charge of the side with Lee Ovens and Steve Deverall assisting him until a further announcement is made.
