Striker Jay Nash and winger Ernest Okoh both signed in time to feature on Saturday, while midfielder Delio Tosoni returns to Scraley Road for a second time.

Nash signed for rivals Romford in June 2019 and then switched to Basildon United a year later.

He started out in Dagenham & Redbridge's academy and has played for a number of other Essex-based clubs since.

Following a spell with Grays Athletic, he found a home at Great Wakering Rovers and scored plenty of goals at Burroughs Park.

He has also turned out for Bowers & Pitsea and finished last season with Essex Olympian League Premier Division outfit Catholic United.

Okoh (pictured) started his career with Arsenal.

He went on to play for Faversham Town, Waltham Abbey, Barking, Hayes & Yeading United and Romford.

He signed for Basildon in the summer of 2019 made 26 appearances, scoring 9 goals – including a period when he scored in 8 successive games.

He moved to divisional rivals Canvey Island in January 2020.

Tosoni has returned to Swifts for a second spell.

He originally moved to Essex from France, where he turned out for Parisian outfit Puteaux CS Municipal.

In January 2002 he moved to rivals Witham Town on loan, making 4 appearances.
