Goalkeeper
Dean Snedker has made the short trip over from league rivals St Albans City.
The
25-year-old former England under-19 goalkeeper had been with the Saints since
joining from Cambridge City in June 2017.
He
was born in Northampton and made 3 appearances in three-and-a-half-years with
the Cobblers.
He
had loan spells at Carshalton Athletic and Brackley Town before joining
Kidderminster Harriers in 2015 where he played 29 times.
Following
a short spell at Nuneaton Borough, he linked up with Kettering Town again
before finally signing for Cambridge City midway through the 2016/17 campaign.
The
Tudors also brought in centre-back Teddy Perkins on loan from SkyBet Championship
neighbours Watford after the 20-year-old had played in the majority of
pre-season games for Hemel.
The
Hornets` under-23 defender had previously been in Leyton Orient's academy,
before moving to Burnley in July 2018.
He
spent the first half of the 2019/20 season on loan with Northern Premier League
Division One North West side Ramsbottom United before making a permanent switch
to Watford.
Earlier,
Jake Evans (pictured) made a permanent switch to Vauxhall Road after being released by
Championship side Cardiff City.
The
22-year-old midfielder re-joins the Tudors following his loan deal from the Bluebirds,
where he was a regular in the under-23s, at the back end of last season.
Originally
with Swindon Town, he had loan spells with Irish side Waterford whilst on their
books.
After
being released by Swindon in the summer of 2017, he signed for Farnborough but
left in January 2018 when he was snapped up by Cardiff.
Meanwhile,
Rowan Vine has joined Hemel`s backroom staff.
The
38-year-old striker joined Luton Town on loan from Portsmouth in 2004 and then
permanently the following season, scoring 33 goals in 111 games over two
spells, before moving to Birmingham for a £1m fee.
He
went on to have spells at a host of clubs, including Queens Park Rangers, St
Johnstone, Gosport Borough, Hartley Wintney and, most recently Moneyfields,
before heading to the where he will also be part of manager Lee Bircham’s
backroom staff. |
