Goldrick is no stranger to Hollyhedge Park, having previously served as first-team manager and more recently as interim manager for the last two games.

Speaking about his appointment, he said: "I'm excited to be back, I've really enjoyed the last two games and I feel as though I have unfinished business here. We've got the basis of a good squad and I'm looking to build on this and to be challenging at the top end of the table this season. I'm really looking forward to getting stuck in, it's great to be back."

Club senior committee chairman, Ray Gibson, added: "We're delighted to have Shane back, His ambitions match the clubs. We believe that this will prove to be a popular and successful appointment for the club and we welcome Shane back".
