Jack
Leahy, Tyla Dickinson and Jude Mason all started the game for the Moatsiders at
Rookery Hill.
Leahy
joins on loan from Premier League Brighton & Hove Albion where he is a
member of the under-18 and under-23 sides.
Leahy,
who joined the Seagulls as an under-12, made a good start to his spell with the
Moatsiders, grabbing an 84th-minute equaliser to earn his new team a
point.
Dickinson (pictured) has also joined Merstham on loan from SkyBet Championship side Queens Park
Rangers.
The
19-year-old joined the R`s from Tottenham Hotspur as an under-12 and has turned
out for the club`s under-18 and under 23 sides.
He
is no stranger to the non-League scene, however, having previously spent time
out on `work experience` with Hendon as well as with Isthmian South Central
sides Waltham Abbey in October 2019, making 4 appearances, and then Northwood,
for whom he joined just before lockdown and played 3 times.
Mason
is a left-back who is a graduate of Vanarama National League side Sutton
United`s academy and was added to the first team squad midway through the 2018/19
season.
He
had spells on loan last season with National League South outfit Hampton and
Southern League Premier Division South side Walton Casuals. |
