Chris Swailes, manager of Pitching In Northern Premier League Division One North West club Dunston, has added further fire power to his squad ahead with the signing of Connor Bell (pictured).

The 24-year-old forward comes to The UTS Stadium following a spell in Australia with Victorian State League Division One side Preston Lions.

 

The Durham born striker previously played for South Shields and Whitby Town in the NPL.

 

Having come through Sunderland’s academy he then moved to Wrexham, with a loan spells at Rhyl and Servette under-21s in Switzerland’s fifth tier before joining Inverness Caledonian Thistle, playing 29 games and winning the Scottish Challenge Cup in 2017/18.

 

Swailes has also signed midfielder Louis Parral from Lions Gibraltar FC.

 

The 18-year-old has represented Gibraltar at under-19 international level.
