Allen,
who was born in nearby Walsall, plays as either a left-winger or a striker.
The
20-year-old began his career with Nuneaton Borough, who were then in the Vanarama
National League North, before going on trial at Leicester City.
He
turned down several Premier League offers to sign for Forest Green in 2019,
scoring on his debut against Oldham Athletic.
He
then signed for National League North side Hereford on loan last season where
he made 3 appearances scoring once prior to the season`s curtailment.
Forest
Green have agreed to allow him to play in the Buildbase FA Trophy at the end of
the month and he will be eligible for Saturday`s game away to AFC Rushden &
Diamonds.
