Fitchett is a wide player or striker who was with Vanarama National league South side Wealdstone last season.
He joined the Stones in March 2017 from National League side Sutton United on a contract to the end of last season.
Sutton signed Fitchett in January 2015 from Aldershot Town, who he had joined in the summer from Salisbury and became the first player U`s player since the 2000/01 season to score over 20 league goals for the club and made his 100th appearance in an Emirates FA Cup tie against AFC Wimbledon.
A regular scorer during his three years at Salisbury, he scored 16 goals at Conference Premier level in the 2013/14 season and featured in the England C squad.
He was previously with Wycombe Wanderers after originally being a youth player at Aldershot.
Partridge is a central defender who moves to the Raymond McEnhill Stadium from National League South outfit Hungerford Town.
He started his career at Reading, progressing through the academy as the under-18s captain.
He went on to sign a professional one-year contract in July 2012 and in October 2012 he joined Bognor Regis Town on loan.
In 2013 he joined then-Conference South Basingstoke Town and in the summer of 2014 he signed for then-League Two side Dagenham & Redbridge on a one-year deal followed by further moves back to Basingstoke and Newport County.
In 2017, he signed for Hungerford and established himself as the first-choice centre-back.
