Racchi (pictured) is a 32-year-old midfielder who joined NPL Premier Division side Grantham Town in January 2020.

He had signed for NPL South East side Ilkeston Town in November 2019 from Grantham Town, who he had originally joined from Hednesford Town in May 2019.

He joined the Pitmen in February 2019 from Curzon Ashton in the National League North but began his career with Huddersfield Town in 2007.

A spell at Bury followed before he switched to the non-League game with Wrexham and York City.

A move north of border to Kilmarnock in 2011 followed before further spells with Hyde United, FC Halifax Town, Tamworth, Torquay United and FC United of Manchester followed over the course of the last four years.

Shepherd joins Brighouse on a month`s loan from SkyBet League Two outfit Salford City.

A member of the Ammies development squad, the midfielder made his first team debut in a Manchester Premier Cup win over Ashton United in October 2018, coming on as a substitute.
