Anointed
Chukwu (pictured) has switched to Grays from league rivals Romford.
He
had signed for Boro in September after a brief stay with Isthmian Premier
Division outfit East Thurrock United.
The
20-year-old is a product of SkyBet League Two club Salford City`s academy.
He
broke into the first-team squad in 2018 and whilst on the Ammies` books, he
enjoyed successful loan spells with Northern Premier League Division One North
West sides Widnes and Ramsbottom United.
He
made 5 appearances for Romford before moving on.
Meanwhile,
defender Jack McQueen has re-joined Grays for a second spell.
The
19-year-old originally signed for the Blues in the summer of 2019 from Barking,
where he made his first-team debut as a 17-year-old in March 2018.
He
also represented Essex in the 2018 South East Counties Championships where they
lost in the final to Sussex.
He
switched to Isthmian South Central outfit Harlow Town in September 2020.
