The 21-year-old Dorchester-born Blair joined his home-town club prior to the 2016/17 season, having previously been a member of the Southampton academy from ages 8-11.

He played for Toolstation Western League side Bridport prior to joining the Magpies and quickly became a regular fixture in the first team squad, making over 150 appearances.

Dorchester manager Leigh Robinson told https://dorchestertownfc.co.uk: “We’re all delighted that Blairo has got this opportunity and it’s fully deserved.

“Players with power and pace like he has are fairly rare and clubs throughout the football pyramid all want players who can go past people like Blairo can.

“It’s a great move for the player, a good deal for the club and also should give all young players who are ambitious a reminder that professional clubs are looking at this level if they can perform to a good level”.
