The 24-year-old returns to Kingfield to re-join the Cards and also re-unite with manager Alan Dowson and several of his former Hampton team-mates, who have made the switch from the Beveree to follow the managerial team.

Kingston-upon-Thames-born Kretzschmar scored 22 goals for the Beavers last season in all competitons and Dowson was delighted to get the deal done, especially as there were several clubs after his services.

Kretzschmar spent five years as part of the Wycombe Wanderers youth set-up before joining Woking in the summer of 2016 after being released from Adams Park after making 73 appearances for the Chairboys.

He played 22 times for Woking in his first spell with the Cards, scoring 3 goals.

Included in his 22 goals for Hampton was the opening goal in the 1-1 draw in the National League South play-off final against Braintree Town, which the Beavers lost 4-3 on penalties.
