Lufudu Becomes a Dual Lion

Vanarama National League North club Guiseley AFC have announced the signing of defender John Lufudu on a dual registration deal with Pitching In Northern Premier League Premier Division side Ashton United.

The Lions have taken advantage of the enforced suspension of football below Step 2 level to dual register Lufudu in time for today’s fixture against AFC Telford United.

Lufudu joined Ashton in October 2019 after impressing against the Robins in the Emirates FA Cup for NPL Division One North West side Tadcaster Albion.

A versatile player who can play on the wing or at the back, he has also been with Sheffield FC, Frickley Athletic and Parkgate.
