Foresters Return for Bamford
Cinderford Town have re-signed well-travelled forward Lewis Bamford from Pitching In Southern Football League Division One South rivals Bristol Manor Farm.

The 23-year-old, who can also play in midfield, had re-joined Manor Farm in August from the Foresters.

 

He had originally moved to The Creek in October 2018 from Cinderford before switching to Southern Premier Division South outfit Yate Town in November 2019, returning again to Cinderford in early February 2020.

 

He started his career with Newport County and made one League Two appearance as a substitute against Dagenham & Redbridge in September 2015.

 

He was released by the Exiles midway through the 2016/17 campaign and joined Cinderford for the first time.
