The 28-year-old defender or midfielder joined Manor Farm in early December 2017 from Southern Division One South rivals Larkhall Athletic.

He has also played for Cardiff University, Bridgwater Town, Tiverton Town, Merthyr Town, Clevedon Town and Hallen so he has plenty of experience at Southern League level.

Michael told http://www.yatetownfc.com: "You won’t find a fitter player around than Jamie Adams and he’s become a real leader taking on the captaincy at Manor Farm. In the FA Cup tie against us he was class to be fair and right now he’s exactly what we need, his experience, technical ability, leadership and athleticism in midfield is something I believe will really compliment the players we already have at the club”.
