The 28-year-old worked his way up through the leagues, scoring goals as he progressed with Nuneaton Griff in the Midland Combination, Bedworth United in the Southern League Midland Division and Leamington in the Premier Division of the same competition before signing for Leicester City in the summer of 2012.

He spent four seasons with City without making a first-team appearance but went out on loan to gain experience with Burton Albion, Notts County, Northampton Town in two spells and Burton Albion.

He scored once in a five-game spell with Cambridge United in August 2015 before scoring 3 times in 8 games for Blackpool from March 2016.

In the summer of 2016, he joined Motherwell of the Scottish Premiership and made 9 appearances for them before leaving Fir Park.

He joined then-National League side Barrow AFC in June 2018 before moving to the now sadly defunct Macclesfield Town on a one-year contract a year later.
