Effiong
has made 13 appearances for Boro this season, scoring twice, in addition to 5
appearances for County`s league rivals Barnet whilst on a short-term loan.
Effiong (pictured) joined Stevenage from Dover Athletic.
The
6`3” forward joined Dover in June 2018.
The
Londoner made 3 appearances for Scottish Premiership side Ross County after
signing from Woking for an undisclosed fee in January 2018.
He
joined Woking in May 2017 and scored 10 goals for the Cards in 35 appearances
before making the move to Scotland. Before joining Woking, he played for
Biggleswade Town where he scored 23 goals in the first half of the 2016/17
season and that form earned him a move to Barrow AFC.
He
started his career at St Albans City in 2008, and also had spells at Boreham Wood
and Chesham United.
He
joins County until the end of the season.
Miller
is a 23-year-old, who has scored twice in 13 appearances since arriving at Harrogate,
found himself a free agent this summer having progressed all the way through Glasgow
Celtic youth set-up and into their first team.
He
was snapped up by Simon Weaver in an attempt to fill the void on the left flank,
and despite a bright start, has failed to nail down a regular place in Town's
first XI.
