White
started his career by completing his scholarship with Carlisle United.
He
then joined current National League North outfit Gateshead at the age of 18,
before gaining first-team experience on loan at the likes of Spennymoor Town,
West Auckland Town, Ashington, and Scarborough, where he won promotion to the Pitching
In Northern Premier League Premier Division in 2018.
A
combative and ball-playing midfielder, White made over 40 appearances for
Gateshead between 2017 and 2019 and gained international honours with England C,
earning caps against Wales and Estonia.
He joined Blackburn in the summer of 2019 and after
spending a large chunk of the 2019/20 campaign at Barrow AFC on a temporary
deal and helping the Bluebirds to promotion from the National League, White
linked up with manager Ian Evatt for the second time in his career by joining
Bolton Wanderers on loan for the 2020/21 season.
However,
after featuring 14 times for the League Two side, White returned to Rovers in
January 2021.
