The 23-year-old joined Bath in July 2019 on a permanent basis after an agreement was reached to cancel his contract with SkyBet League Two side Cheltenham Town.

He re-joined the Romans where he spent the majority of the 2018/19 campaign on loan as well as having two other stints at Twerton Park, totalling 58 appearances and 18 goals.

He signed for Cheltenham from Swindon Town in the summer of 2018 and made one first-team appearance for the Robins in a Carabao Cup penalty shoot-out win over Colchester United.

He moved permanently to Twerton Park having helped Bath reach the National League South play-offs in 2018/19.

Bath manager Jerry Gill told https://www.bathcityfc.com: “I am delighted Tom has been given an opportunity to go and play football at National League level for the remainder of the season with Dagenham & Redbridge.

“It’s very important we allow our players to progress and be challenged with their football if the circumstances are right. I feel under Daryl he will learn and be coached well which can only improve Tom’s all-round game. I would like to thank John Still, Steve Thompson and Daryl McMahon for their professional co-operation with this deal”.
