Chris Juraszek was asked step down earlier this month.

Sturges joins Tring after a successful spell with league rivals Dunstable Town as assistant manager but has a long association with Tring Athletic as a former player and friend of the club.

He is well connected on the non-League scene and is a very knowledgeable and ambitious young manager.

He is also an extremely personable individual, who understands how the club works and its values.
