The
23-year-old joins the Shots after progressing through the academy of Premier
League side Arsenal, having joined the Gunners from the youth systems at Leyton
Orient in 2012.
Hinds
went on to sign a professional contract in February 2015, before joining League
Two side Stevenage on loan in January 2017.
The
forward then looked to make his mark in professional football, with a move from
England to Germany, joining Bundesliga side VfL Wolfsburg on a three-year deal
back in July 2017.
During
his time in Germany, Hinds joined Regionalliga Bayern side SpVgg Greuther Fürth
II, the second team of Bundesliga side SpVgg Greuther Fürth, on loan until the
end of the 2017/18 season.
In
August 2019, Hinds returned to England and signed for then-Premier League side
Watford on a one-year contract with the club holding the option of a one-year
extension.
He
made his debut a goalscoring one for the Hornets, coming on as a half-time
substitute in the 2–1 Emirates FA Cup Third Round replay defeat away at
Tranmere Rovers in January 2020.
Having
left Watford in June 2020, Hinds has been looking for his next move within
professional football and after an impressive return of goals for England at
under-16, 17, 18 and under-20 level as well, scoring 10 times in 16 games, he’s
chosen to join Aldershot. |
