The Zimbabwean moves to Cray from league rivals Greenwich Borough, who he signed for in September 2016.
The hard-working midfielder began his career playing for Carshalton Athletic, before joining then-Conference North side Nuneaton Borough, where he made 48 appearances before the club`s liquidation in 2008.
He moved on to play for Tamworth and Hayes & Yeading United, scoring 14 goals for the latter in the 2010/11 season.
In the meantime, Pritchard graduated from Loughborough University and worked as a performance analyst at Charlton Athletic, who then decided to offer him a playing trial.
He excelled and earned himself a contract at the League One outfit, where he then went on to spend three years, making a total of 79 appearances for the Addicks.
After his release from Charlton, he then moved to Leyton Orient where he spent two seasons, playing regularly as he totalled 60 appearances for the O's, before having a brief loan spell at then-fellow League Two side Stevenage at the back end of the 2015/16 season.
He was released by Orient in May 2016 and linked up with Greenwich.
Meanwhile, Cray have also announced the signing of striker Freddie Parker on contract.
Parker was a huge success with the Wands last season, coming through in pre-season and going on to make 23 appearances, scoring 9 goals in the league, the Emirates FA Cup, Buildbase FA Trophy and FA Youth Cup.
He spent a loan spell with Southern Counties East League neighbours Chatham Town in the New Year but has returned to Cray for pre-season and will be a key figure in the 2018/19 season.
